VR Bangers Deploys Robotic Delivery to Las Vegas Hotels

LAS VEGAS — VR Bangers is now offering Sin City customers door-to-door delivery of its preloaded VR headsets via robotic transport.

In 2016, VR Bangers launched a marketing initiative that offered Las Vegas hotel guests the opportunity to rent VR headsets preloaded with VR Bangers content. "The problem, however, was that many hotels did not want to take advantage of such an offer," noted a rep.

Six years later, a fleet of five small motorized robots has been deployed to deliver directly to hotel lobbies, where guests can personally retrieve the goggles.

VR Bangers CEO Daniel Abramovich said the idea of utilizing robotic delivery "changed everything.” He told XBIZ the service is locally promoted largely through flyers and mobile advertising trucks.

“Hotel rooms no longer have to store our VR porn; the service has become completely voluntary. You can have your favorite VR sex scenes delivered right to your hotel room if you don’t have your VR headset around," he continued. "And please remember that we’ve even created some special VR scenes in such hotel rooms to ensure that they offer even greater levels of immersion and realism."

A rep noted that the service is "100% discreet" and that the Oculus Quest 2 headsets being delivered are "sanitized and ready to go."

The cost is $49.99 per day, with plans on the boards to deploy more robots "once this process proves to be profitable," the rep said.
